Le Domaine de Vertmarines offers guests access to the shops, bars and restaurants of Saint Jean de Monts, with the large sandy beaches of the Atlantic coastline just minutes away. Situated in the Vendée region of France, along the north-west coast, this area is known for its natural beauty and outdoor activities. The accommodation can be found to the south of the town, set within 16 acres of preserved parkland. There are pretty woods between the villas and the beach, as well as farmland in the surrounding area. From here the historic city of Nantes is just over an hour drive away, with the pretty town of La Roche-sur-Yon just a 45 minute drive.

Ideal for those wanting to escape the hectic pace of everyday life, each of the villas enjoys its own garden with a private pool ( from May 2nd to Sept 30th), surrounded by peaceful preserved parkland. The high-quality interiors are warm and homely, with bright décor and wooden furnishings. The exteriors are clean and bright, with plenty of space and furniture so guests can dine al fresco. Villas sleep four to eight people, a great option for families or groups of friends. There is a large living room and well-equipped kitchen in each of the villas, with enough space for everyone to enjoy a relaxing evening.
All villas come with private swimming pool, private garden, modern, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine, oven, hotplates, fridge freezer and dishwasher, spacious terrace for al fresco dining, bathroom and separate toilet, private parking, television available with additional fee (included only in the Prestige Villa), pool heating is available for an additional fee (from 1st may only)
All of the villas at Le Domaine de Vermarines are self-catered, with a fully equipped kitchen. There are three supermarkets within walking distance, allowing guests to choose delicious local ingredients, and prepare their own meals and picnics. Market days are Wednesdays and Saturdays, and offer regional delicacies such as cheese, fish, hams, bread, and fruit and vegetables for impressively low prices. There are three restaurants within a 20-minute walk of the accommodation, serving everything from pizza and crepes to classic French dishes, and wonderful local fresh seafood and shellfish.
